"Be very cautious here! I have had this insurance for a few years now and I bought a car 1 year ago and called to get a quote, when calling is was told my insurance monthly would go down $50 a month. when I called to get the insurance final it increased $20 from where I was. Then a year later I added my fiancé to the plan and was told a price then signed up for us to be joint on the account and then again ended up being $35 more a month than told. Both times I was told the agent “made a mistake” and instead of the office making it right I was pretty much told again to just deal with it. When I first came here the customer service was great now I feel like if I ever have to call in it will just be a bait and switch I’m currently looking for new insurance and will go elsewhere and I can tell you this they do not care one bit"
